Our collections include master copies of top brands as well as handmade articles inspired by designer looks. All outfits are made with great attention to detail and quality.

Do the outfits look exactly like the pictures?

Due to lighting, screen differences, and the handmade nature of our products, there may be a 15–20% variation in embroidery or color. Each piece is unique and crafted with care.

Can I exchange or return an item?

Unstitched outfits can be exchanged within 24 hours of delivery.
Stitched items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
We do not offer cash refunds, but store credit may be issued.

What if my stitched outfit doesn’t fit?

We offer alteration services for size adjustments, but stitched outfits cannot be exchanged or returned.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, cancellation is not possible once processing begins.
